30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Revitalizing Skin Serum, you may return it for a full refund or exchange — even if the bottle has been opened and tried.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@truecanadiangroup.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@truecanadiangroup.ca. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
