Shipping Policy

At TrueCanadian Group, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and sustainably. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centre in Toronto, Ontario.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Canada)

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 CAD.
• Standard Shipping — $9.95 CAD, delivered in 3–7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping — $19.95 CAD, delivered in 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Remote and rural postal codes may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
